Education (knowledge-teacher-student) is being replaced by learning (student-teacher-knowledge) focused on andragogy (adult teaching), in an era in which universal and instant access to data and information seems to need more and more a curatorship to transform it into knowledge and wisdom.

From the moment that each individual becomes responsible for their own knowledge and application (and no longer schools or companies), it is important to seek curious and open training in multidisciplinary areas, and not just in their specialty (career X ), the new world and market demand are multi-skills (nexialism) formatted in divergent and converging technical skills (hard skills) and behavioral skills (soft skills).

Trainings

Trainings are educational and learning actions to develop people and professionals for certain abilities, skills and attitudes (cha).

They can be intensive (2, 4, 8 hours) or extensive (16, 24, 32 or more hours), onsite (in-company, factory, website, etc) or offsite (hotel, convention center, etc), technical/ hard skills (e.g. languages, planning, cloud, AI, UX, etc) and/or behavioral/soft skills (e.g. communication, negotiation, productivity, creativity, collaboration, etc), with one or more trainers (pass and multiply knowledge ), or facilitators (help to find, absorb and apply learning).

Actions can be one-off for a homogeneous (similar) group of people with common needs, or a heterogeneous (different) group with common learning goals.
 

How it works

There are numerous methodologies (ways of teaching) and methods (teaching materials and resources), as well as several approaches (behaviourism, cognitivism, differentiation, among others) to design and shape training actions (interventions) in the most diverse formats such as lectures (speech , key-note, ted, storytelling, etc.), workshops (practical and collaborative workshops), training (individual or group technical-behavioral training), and programs (journeys and learning, experience and experience).

We use several techniques and dynamics to process the behaviors and results evidenced in the classroom (physical or virtual), such as: 'case study' (case study), 'benchmarking' (market references), interviews, surveys, dialogue wheels, ' world café', 'open space', inverted room, 'roleplay' (simulations), 'pairwork' (pairwork), 'teamwork' (teamwork), 'mindmaps' (mental maps), 'design thinking' ( visual and collaborative thinking), online voting, among many, many others.

Today there are some trends in the area of T&D (training and development) such as: 'learn by doing' (learning by doing/in practice), 'agile learning' (agile learning), 'performance-adjacent learning' (learning during the work/constant) and 'blended-learning' (mixed-face-to-face+virtual learning).
